Consew CM795-DD
Two Needle, 5-Thread High-Speed Direct Drive Overlock Machine
The Consew CM795-DD is a heavy-duty, two-needle, 5-thread industrial overlock machine designed for professional overlocking and true safety-stitch sewing. Its direct-drive motor is built directly into the machine, eliminating the conventional motor belt and providing smooth, quiet and efficient operation.
The CM795-DD is designed to handle a wide variety of materials, including knits, woven fabrics, vinyl, canvas and upholstery materials. It is particularly well suited for general seaming and overedge work where a strong, durable safety stitch is required.
The CM795-DD produces a true safety stitch, combining the overlock stitch with a chainstitch for a strong, secure seam. This makes it an excellent choice for garments and other sewn products where seam strength and professional edge finishing are important.
It is suitable for:
The built-in direct-drive motor is one of the major advantages of the CM795-DD. Because the motor is integrated into the machine head, there is no conventional motor belt between the motor and sewing machine.
This provides:
The adjustable differential feed allows the operator to control how the fabric is fed through the machine. This is especially useful when working with knit and stretch fabrics, helping to minimize unwanted stretching or puckering and providing better control over the finished seam.
The CM795-DD features a fully automatic lubrication system with visual oil-flow controls. The oil is continuously filtered through a replaceable filter, while external cooling helps maintain proper lubrication during high-speed operation.
The machine is designed for continuous industrial use and incorporates features intended to provide dependable performance at high sewing speeds.
