The JUKI MO-6714DA is a high-speed, 2-needle, 4-thread industrial overlock machine designed for professional garment production and demanding sewing applications. Part of JUKI's MO-6700DA Series, it combines JUKI's proven overlock performance with dry-head technology that substantially reduces oil splashing and the possibility of oil stains on sewn products.
The MO-6714DA is capable of sewing at speeds up to 7,000 stitches per minute, providing the productivity required for commercial and production sewing. It produces U.S. Stitch Type 514, a strong 2-needle, 4-thread overlock stitch commonly used for seaming and edge finishing on a wide variety of fabrics.
JUKI incorporated dry technology into the needle-bar and upper-looper mechanisms, eliminating the need for lubrication in those areas. This greatly reduces oil splashing during extended operation and helps minimize oil stains on finished garments. Grease-fill openings are provided to make maintenance easier.
The differential feed system helps control fabric movement and is particularly useful when sewing stretchable, lightweight, or difficult-to-sew materials. The differential feed can gather at a ratio of up to 1:4 and stretch at up to 1:0.6, allowing the operator to compensate for puckering or unwanted stretching.
The MO-6714DA is an excellent choice for manufacturers, alterations shops, sewing contractors and other professional users who need a dependable industrial overlock machine capable of producing clean, consistent seams at high production speeds. Its differential-feed system and anti-puckering features make it especially useful when working with materials that can be difficult to control during sewing.
The JUKI MO-6714DA is a serious production-grade 4-thread serger that delivers high speed, excellent seam quality and reduced oil contamination—making it a strong choice for professional garment and textile applications.
